Led chip went out need help please

I just bought a odyssea 48 inch quad t5 dual mh combo w the moonlights. Well one of the moonlights doesn't work it's burnt out and I was wondering if anyone could help me locate a new one? Any help is appreciated. Also if anyone has any experience with this light I'd like to know your opinion. Guy said it was only used for a few weeks. Idk if that's tru or not but it's in really good shape other than the one led

the brand is pretty meh, but ok. the tubes are the same and the bulb may be too. but bulbs can be replaced.
