That is why one of the best, IMO, led light makers quite making them for the aquarium trade. There was just too much money to be made in the pot growing business.

Very interesting read.
It's really just promoting the use of LED lighting for greenhouses which have used high-pressure sodium lamps up till recently.
But being able to manipulate plant growth, taste, leaf shape, etc by regulating light spectrum is a big plus, aside from the energy savings.
Another plant manipulation method to add to temperature, humidity, air flow, & carbon dioxide level regulation.
