Hello, first post on the forum.
This morning when I turned on my lights, my lemon clown goby was covered in what looked like ich, I did not get a pic of it but when I got home from work this is what it looked like. How can I tell for sure if it is ich? I got the best pics that he would let me get lol, but he has bumps all over. I will take more pics in the morning too.

Is the fish twitching, scratching against the rock or sand? How's the breathing? Fast, slow?

No twitching or scratching that I've seen, and he is breathing and eating normal as well.

Well, might not be Ich. Might be flukes. A freshwater dip will either confirm or eliminate flukes as the cause of the spots.

And a big welcome to R2R! :)
