Hey guys thought I would show off my anemone. I've had both the Colorado Sunburst and the Lemon Drop and this is its baby. Bright Yellow tips orange middle and purple mouth/base. This has been in captivity for over 5 years.

You are claiming this is the result of the sexual reproduction of two different anemones?

Haha no that would be silly talk. I'm saying I've had them both and this looks like a morph of the two together.

Was that a split of sunburst/lemon drop? Or just a nem you found?

No it's not. I've had it for a while and wanted to make sure it just wasn't a morph of the sunburst or lemon drop that I had. This seems to be a completely different strain to add to the collection.

some lemon drops when not under the right light ie. darker than what they were accustomed to tend to come out more orange, if they end up back in the right intensity light the yellow comes right back as ive noticed with splits of my true lemon drop nem.

These threads always make me laugh and unfortunate people will pay.. I have a sunburst under correct spectrum it can look like a lemon drop as people call..
