I consider myself a wrasse expert as I have owned a whole 3 wrasses, one of which we had to return to the store b/c our sixline was attacking it, so I could say I know what I'm doing.

With all due respect, I would counter the opposite based on the fact you tried to add another wrasse alongside a Pseudocheilinus species.
