Here is mine. I think they grow at a similar rate compared to encrusting montis from what I've seen.

no no no no thats not fair. please tell me what kind of lep that is? never seen an ultra white base like that WOW jus WOW.

I dont have a name.. got it a few months ago when the polyps are not fully extended the base is white

What's the growth rate on these? I've always eyeballed them at the LFS, but they never seem like they're encrusting well enough to think they're going to be decent growers.

I fraged mine and they actually grow fast for me.
