So the bug has resurfaced and like all reefing addicts I need my fix again, so.. a new system is underway.

Basics

Tank dims:

1.2m x 750 x 650 Peninsula style room divider
Out of a combination of 15mm and 10mm. I like the look of 15mm.
Stand: wooden with a but of a modern stylish look. Well thats the thought.
Flow:
a combination of closed loop, Tunze (if I can find some at a decent price).
Scape:
I have a few ideas which I'll share when I've finalized the construction.
Filtration:
this will develop as and how I feel but the basics will be in play.
Skimmer:
I was able to pick up a decent Tunze 9415 from an ex reefer and member here, i will collect it next time to go through to Port Elizabeth.
Heater:
More than likely 2 x Eheim Jager 300w
Other filtration:
2 small media reactors, still deciding what to put in them but I have them. also have a cannister filter which I'm thinking of using for bio cubes and hooking up to the system semi independently and tethered to a back up battery for power outages.
Extras
Looking for 2 x 210lt black screw top drums for pod production.
Lighting:
Orphek Atlantik iCon and some OR3 60 lightbars on OSIX 60 controller.
Return pump
Sunpole DC VSY-4000 its small but can always be upgraded, its a very strong little pump, super impressed.

Progression pics to follow and more Info to be added.

Curious to see the progression pictures!
Thank you ill be taking a few so far i just have had the wood cut for the stand, I am using s shutter ply. going to be adding a little twist to modernize the design which i will reveal later (possibly done on here before). here is a picture of the stand idea ex the feet, I will add a plinth to distribute the weight a bit better.
