That Doliatus is listed as Hologymnosus rhodonotus in the latest Kuiter book.
Yeah,I wasn't paying attention to what I was typing, Hologymnosus rhodonotus, was what I meant.Yeah, don't have that book but I just googled Doliatus rhodonotus and all that comes up is Hologymnosus species. The picture of a juvenile H. doliatus on Reefkeeping.com looks different though. Ssme shape and longitudinal stripes but a silvery body and stripes are red, vs. white with orange -to-yellow stripes.
The behavior is a bit different than pencil wrasses. They get larger, are hardier, but will definitely pick at cuc. Some can be aggressive, others can be quite tolerant of other fish.
