Nope, that's a Xenojulis margaritacea.

A lot like a Halichoeres in behavior; may eat small motile inverts.

Definitely a Thalassoma. It looks to be a midtransition T. amblycephalum.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I had paid for a Katherine's Fairy Wrasse and this is what came. Boo. It's a beautiful specimen, just not what I ordered. Thanks again for verifying.
