I'm sure you guys heard this morning 8.9 quake in japan.... There is a tusnami "spelling" hitting Hawaii as we speak and might even make it's way to oregon and California!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!! Shocked..... Not much I can say bit I
Hope for the best!!!!!

San Diego is expecting a 2+ foot wave this morning at 8:41am.


What a terribly huge quake though!! My thoughts are with those people affected :(

The videos are so surreal and brings back memories of the Indonesia tsunami. The reports of missing people and death toll continue to rise...i can't even fathom this kind of destruction due to a earthquake and then a tsunami...to one country.

This is when you hope the good in all people pull together to help those in need. My prayers are with them.

You know this is real sad what happened to Japan and they got hit hard. Devastation is incredible.

But the media seems to sensationalizing things else where. Really 2 foot waves? We get bigger ones on lake Michigan. I have scuba dived in something like 10 foot swells.

Well, technically it's not a wave, like the ones you normally get. Boats get damaged from being knocked around... it happened here after the Chilean earthquake too. Not a big deal, nor did the news make it sound like a big deal, except maybe to people actually on boats in the harbor.

oh comeone... Earlier today the media made it sound like a huge deal.. Some of the headlines earlier today.

Well to be honest I bet the news in japan isn't showing anything about Cali or Hawaii that's the way media works... Of course the home front is the headlines... It is what it is.... Pray for them all here to japan.... Amen..;)
