Honestly, no.

I purchased mine through BigRCorals, so I know it’s the real deal...he said to place it in a high flow, more par area of the tank...and after a year...it started growing.

Try to relocate.
W.D. love light ( Not sure about LEDS , i never like it ) i run M.H.
Love lots of water flow , indirect.
Try to make , your own food ( Use food processor , mix. clams, shrimps, scallop etc.) .

High water flow ( indirect ) i got 12 pumps + dual return ( NO sand) i keep low Alk. 7 to 7.5 dKH, NO3 around 4-5 ppm, PO4 .002 to 0.06 ppm.
I make my own food ( i use Food processor , i mix Clams, Shrimps,Scallop etc.) i use to frag more then 200 frags, i just check today, i was wrong NOT 22 mini colony i got 32, NOT all 1 1/2 to 2 " , but nice and healthy.

I may repeat the ans. in dif. thread.
#1 I Never like LEDs, i do NOT believe in those. Is NOT a debate, but i run M.H. , LEDs may works.
# 2 I keep low Alk. ( 7-7.5 dKH)
# 3 I got LOTS of ware flow ( 12 pumps + dual return , indirect flow)
# 4 I do NOT believe in Amino Acids food , i make my own food ( Clams, Shrimps, Scallop, few eggs , only yellow, use food processor , put all in one pot, keep in Frigidaire for 3 days to marinate, mix every day, then freeze ) i keep like 10-12 small water bottle and i defrost , when i need. Everybody happy , include fishes.
I frag , list 200 in last 2 years.
When you use wide, indirect flow, frags grow like Crown ( 10-15 nubs to frag)
If grow , like stick , you may frag .......only one. Double check my pics.

NO is not power heads, are great pumps some Tunze ( wide flow) some Jaebo .
Yes run all the time , except one ( really powerful) run at night for 4-5 hours.
Take me some time to figure how i will make my Aqua scope ( 99% Tonga) in Display tank i got 250-300 on 90 Gal. refuge ( Pukany).
Pumps flow against each anther on top and bottom, create nice gentle flow all over. Not aggressive direct flow , that my "secret" why my W.D. grow like Crown not like bamboo stick , so one 2' colony , give me 10-15 nubs to frag.
