Rate my Walt Disney Growth

I’ve never really been one to keep high-end Acropora, but seeing my Walt Disney finally start to encrust and base out has me genuinely excited!

How would you rate the growth so far?

• Tank age: 9 months
• Walt Disney frag added: June 23 (about a month ago)

I’m pretty happy with the progress, especially considering how new the system is. I’d love to hear what everyone thinks!

Looks like it’s happy! Having it on an angle like that usually stimulates them to grow out from the base and start branching. Color will change depending on lighting, flow, and nutrient levels. I recommend to concentrate on growth first, as these are slow growers. Good job!

I just got one from my Lfs for a steal and a home wrecker. Any tips or tricks for keeping these guys alive is much apriciated. Ive had sps before with good luck but still worried about these guys because of the $$$.
