Here's mine. I'm stuck working today so I don't get to leave town and see family. No turkey dinner, no stuffing, nada... just get to go home after work to an empty house. :squigglemouth:

That looks amazing. Never had rosemary roasted deer before but I think that is a nice combo with the cranberry. Fruit and game meat always works well together.

Thanks. I roasted it like I would lamb. Your right the cranberry was a great touch ( Trader Joes cranberry sauce)

Mine too.

Had roast with crawfish étouffée, cheesy potatoes and green bean casserole. Homemade jalapeño venison summer sausage and wild hog jalapeño and cheese summer sausage.

Then,

Had chicken fried venison blackstraps, mashed potatoes and gravy. I'm stuffed but I can't stop eating it.
