I have started construction and ordered a large tank that will be placed in wall in a utility closet. The closet is only 4ft wide and 30ft long and only 74" tall. My plan is to place a mini split on one end and a large dehumidifier on the other end. The tank is 120"x48"x30" and the sump is 8ftx2x2. The tank is acrylic and does come with lids. Opinions on if this will be enough moisture removal? Any better ideas?

I would be concerned about the mini-split in a confined space getting proper circulation in a long space like that and are you going to use it to cool your tank? Acrylic with lids might be tough to keep cool in your space.

Circulation could be a problem. I dont think I will have a cooling problem. The back wall is completely underground and the room stays right at 70 degrees naturally without any heating or cooling.
