Hi all, I’m having an issue where a (normally dry) high level OPTICAL level switch constantly goes into error/alarm. I use this sensor to prevent overflow of my sump and skimmer, I tried switching to the various modes but eventually it goes into alarm in every one. Could it be an actual malfunction of the switch? Is there a way to bench test those switches?

So you have it inverted? Are you using programmable logic, or one of the pre-programmed options?
