LF Macroalgae pom pom, chaeto, dragons breath

Wanting to buy red macroalgaes. Open tosuggestions, but I currently have a bit of chaeto growing in my sump for my 275G tank.

I was thinking about getting some red macros in order to help reduce nitrates/another natural export. I heard pom pom and dragons breath you can feed to ur tangs? Would love to grow something that I can give to my fish as a natural food source to vary their diet.
