LFS and carpet anemone

I don't know what type of carpet acemone they have at the LFS. but they were telling my it gets to be 36 inches long. has anyone ever heard of a carpet anemone getting that big at all. everything I have looked through google states that no where do they get that big.

S mertensii will get that big and then some.

Make sure you know which carpet anemone you want and which you are getting because most guys that work at LFS don't know the difference. The owner usually know.

as @Bob Loblaw said, not only will they get that big, but they will do so in a tank environment.
