I am setting up my first little tank and I was wondering what i should use for a light I want to have some sps I was thinking a kessil a80 blue also what would be a good powerhead I was thinking about the tunze nano ato would that be a good choice also?

Is this your first tank or first little tank? What size tank are you planning (or do you have)? I use the IceCap ATO on my 10g nano with a Noopsyche K7Pro2 light and I also use the AutoAqua Smart micro ATO on a few other system. I have had positive experiences with both of these ATOs, but Tunze also makes quality products. Depending on how small of a tank and your budget, you may want to consider the Nero 3 for flow.

this my first little tank but not my first tank I buy and sell equipment all of the time and about a month ago I cleaned this guy out of all of his gear and in one of the boxes I found a marineland 5 gallon portrait tank so I figured why not set it up it's dimensions are 11.81 x 11.62 x 17.05

Stability in pico tanks are always a challenge so acros may be a bit more difficult but still possible. Finding the right balance between stability, export, replenishment. All-for-reef and weekly water changes may be an option. It sounds like you have a reasonable equipment plan. I have thought about a 1g with a 1g sump so I'll be interested in how your system works for you - good luck!
