Light Is scaring me

I have read on the internet that the Truelumen pro LEDS are not good for anemones and LPS? is this true I have 2 I want to get 2 more or should I just get a T5HO Duo bulb???? 55 gallon 48" Long my LFS uses the LEDS but IJDK Help. (FYI im poor sooo yeah)

They don't put out enough light, and no focusing lenses.
I'd get a 4 lamp T5 unit.

Well I have a favvia, zoas, xenia under and they doubled if not triplied but the zoas and xenia have low light needs
