Light Movers for Halides?

SO, I have a 150g as my frag tank, and I am thinking about using a single 250 Watt halide in a LB reflector on a lght rail to light the tank. partially to save electricity and also money in additional ballasts/reflectors...ect. Anyone have any feedback on light movers? brands? Bow big? Seems like Ebay has a lot of them, about $150 or so...

Light movers are awesome, I use the LightRail system by Gualala Robotics religiously. They are the brand made in America and are built solid to last.

Not sure you save much up front in cost, but power savings are for sure. :)
