I apologize if this is a silly question but I recently upgraded to a Kessil A150W LED for my Biocube 14. My question: What is a good rule of thumb for the amount of light hours during the day? 6 hours, 8, 12?

Thanks in advance

My unit is programmable so I run 12 hrs. Sun rise to to sunset. If your light is not dimmed throughout the day I would run 6-8hrs.

Yeah, I can not dim the light at all. Thank you for the reply! I'll play around with the timing and see what works best for the tank.
