Light Schedule for plants and flowers

I no longer have a reef and have moved to growing tomatoes. Does anyone know a light schedule that can be used for plants?

any white light, or most red/pink/blue/purple combo will work. you can get grow lights from home depot/lowes relatively cheap. or amazon.
