Light setting, Help please

I have 20 gallon long tank. I have soft reefs and 2 clownfish. I have

Marine 3.0 Bluetooth LED, 32W​

I dont have any idea what is the best for the lighting setup

It looks like at 6" you're at 220 PAR, with 90 at the bottom of the tank, so even if you max it out, you should be totally fine. You may even want to consider getting more lights when you add more light-loving corals.

Turn it up to 100%. For perspective I have a 55 watt light on a 15 gallon at 80%.
You'll be fine for soft corals but later down the line you might consider an upgrade.
