I have a 36x36x27 that I've decided to set up for LPS.
I'm on the fence as how to light the tank. Not sure if I should go with a 250 watt MH with 4x24 T5 supplement, or an ATI 8x24. Lighting will be in an enclosed canopy, 18-24" above the water's surface.
(And, before anyone suggests, I really don't think I'm interested in LED's, either as a supplement or main lighting.)
TIA

For just LPS, you’ll be fine with the ATI (which is an excellent fixture but the way). MH will be overkill in my opinion.
