Hey everybody I am breaking into corals from previously being FOWLR. I currently have 3 lights running on the tank listed below.

Fluval Marine 3.0 Bluetooth LED, 59W, 48-60″ / 122-153 cm

450 gallons in Main Display, The dimensions of the tank are 5 feet wide by 3 feet deep by 4 feet tall.

I am looking to attempt running some easier corals but dont know what strength/color breakdown to set my lights to and for how long. this is what my interface looks like, does anybody have experience with these lights and have any advice?

Will add photo of tank for scale and aquascape reference too. (the settings on app I posted do not match from the settings during time of photo)

The very best way to tell is with a par meter, try to rent one in your area. But since its unknown, I say turn it to max power, its not a strong light. Only 59 watts for that size tank, even 3 of them, isn't penetrating too far.

On the fluval website, even at max power, at 18" depth you get only 63 par. https://fluvalaquatics.com/us/shop/product/marine-3-0

If I’m reading this correctly your going to need a lot more light than that for coral in that big of a tank.
I know I didnt plan on doing any challenging corals and was hoping I could get away with upgrading one light rather than a full rehaul
