Hey guys,
I have a question regarding lighting. I am trying to play around and find the best spot for my blue hornets and red hornets. From your experience, what is the best lighting scenario for your hornets?

I currently have mine sitting under a 250W Ushio 20K MH. My PAR value is reading about 200 where I have them located now. Is that enough light? I have a lot of flexibility in my system and can bring it up to a PAR of 500-600, if needed.

I would appreciate if you can share what you are finding beneficial for your hornets.

Thanks,
Dave

All my hornets are low to the ground. Get the best color and growth. The higher up in my tank the more faded they get. Here are the testimonial's.250w radiums,t5 ati blue plus.
