Lighting for soft corals on a 20 gallon long

Hey guys, I'm planning on starting my first reef tank in a 20 gallon long rimmed tank. I'll be getting only soft corals to start out. I've been looking at the fluval marine 3.0, but I'm not sure if the par level will be too intense for the corals when it comes time to add them. If anyone has used this light or recommends another light that doesn't need to have suspenion installed, I'd appreciate the advice. Here's a list of the corals I plan on adding:

-gsp
-pulsing xenia
-zoanthids
-green spotted mushroom
-Kenya tree
-ricordea mushroom

I have the same light!! Works well on nems and macros but I haven't been successful with coral quite yet, but that has to do with other factors besides the light. You should be fine assuming intensity, color percentages and time is alright.

That light will work fine, it will not be too intense. If anything you might need to add another on a 20 long. The Fluval Marine 3.0 is much cheaper on Amazon than at petco or petsmart.

Fluval lights should have an app where you can adjust the settings.

I'll throw out an obscure suggestion just to give you an extra thing to look at:

90w instead of 32w with the fluval. Cheaper as well. You can add on either a physical programmable controller or a manual dimmer and still save some money. The guy is pretty responsive too if you do decide to look into these. Either way the fluval light will be fine for the corals you mentioned. Good luck on your journey!

That's actually a really good deal for that kind of light! I might look into one of these. Thank you for the help!
