i just copped a 28 gallon bio cube from a fellow reefer and was wondering if some of you would post your lighting on your tanks--i currently am using a 8 lamp t5 ho( it is too big for my taste) but it will have to do until i get funds for a smaller and neater light--i am just curious about what you guys/gals have on yours

i will post pics of mine later once i get the correct pics

I have some Ecoxotic panorama modules retrofitted into my Biocube's hood. It looks great, the tank temp dropped a few degrees, and I don't have to worry about replacing bulbs for years :)

I'm running the nanotuners LED lights. They're great! They provide more than enough light for my setup (LPS and SPS), corals have never grown faster, and the tank runs at a much more consistent temperature now than with the PC lighting. The only problem I have with the LEDs is that I would've liked to have done the dimmable option so I could turn up the blues and have the actinic feel. If I were you though, I might stick with the t-5 option because they can produce some amazing growth and coloration. If it isn't broken, don't fix it :D
