lighting help

have a 36x18x12 i built that i wanted to do led/t5 combo. was at the lfs and and saw this 24" 4 bulb combo 50% off and was wondering if that could work along with suplemented blue led strips? i took a pic of the lights, theyd be about 130$ after tax. looking for opinions and reviews. looking to grow zoas, chalices and shrooms. if u guys think this light will work, which bulbs should i purchase as well for optimum growth? thanks in advance.

I have a 36" tank and 24" T5s, and I find the closer to the water I have them, the more dark it is at the sides. So basically I have 6" of dim light on either side of the tank.

yea i only have a 12" tall tank so would i be able to have the tank fully lit if i hang the fixture 12" off the tank?
