Lighting Question for my Eco Pico

Hello all, I am planning on re-setting up my pico and I was curious about lighting. I wasn't pleased with the eco pico stock lighting, nor the strips they have for upgrading it. I was more so looking for a par38 led bulb. More so towards the 20k range. Anyone have any recommendations on par bulbs??

Reef Radiance has one that has 12 3watt leds that is dimable. Its a full range bulb.
