[lighting schedule] how long is too long?

My tank is all shrooms, RFAs, and LPS. The light is the Aqua Knight.

I run my lights from 7am to 7pm. Is that too long for a coral only tank?

I feel like most people use schedules from about 8 hours up to 12 or so. In the wild corals are getting about 12 hours of light, but remember it's not full power all day.

I ramp my lights up starting at 9am and then they're off by 9pm. They're only full power for a few hours in the middle though.

I can’t adjust the spectrum at all during this period because my light doesn’t allow it
