What is a good height for mounting an Orphek LED Bar

it depends on your desired spread and intensity. realistically you could go as low as 4-5 inches up to 20 inches. Lower is going to be more intensity and less spread, and more splashing onto the lenses. Higher up will be less intense with a wider spread/coverage.
