Lightroom tutorials ?

Hey
So just getting into using a real camera again. Messing around on lightroom. Can anyone recomend a good light room tutorial ? I read through the one on here its a little older.
Also on the picture below you can see the blurred spots in the back, like little shooting stars or bugs zipping by. One is right in front of his mouth the other above it. Any ideas what would I change on my camera settings to prevent that ? I s that shutter speed to slow ?

Faster shutter speed will turn the line into a dot. Also stopping water flow might help with that.
Can't help.witj light room tutorials as i use photoshop and camera raw for editing .

Guys, like Nick Page and F64 have some very good photographer focused tutorials on LR/Photoshop.
