On the site, it shows a black version except when you go to shop.

Is there a black version coming out soon?

The black version is available in the drop down menu.

They are on their way to me and will ship out when they get here.

The white and black are ready to ship today.

Can anyone recommend how many lights would be needed for a 24x24x18 tank. It would be a mixed reef. Thanks.

Just one will be fine for mixed reef.

If you end up going all SPS or very heavy SPS later you can always add one more.

I changed to just one after having run two on my 93 for a while and have not gotten them up to full power and probably won't.

These lights cover and penetrate VERY well.
