Lime Green Cyano Outbreak. Help

I have been using Vibrant now for about 7 weeks, dosing 2x a week for the first 5 weeks, then cut to once a week the last 2 weeks. Now like many others I am having a lime green cyano out break on my sand bed. I did a water change on Tuesday and on Thursday I noticed the cyano. Do I continue dosing Vibrant to get rid of the cyano. What are your suggestions to get rid of the cyano? My parameters are : Salinity 1.024

I had the lime green on and off during the end of last year and beginning of this year. No Vibrant. It phased out by itself.
Or it doesnt, Id let the tank rest, test it(cyano) for spirulina and then consider chemiclean.

Test first if you deal wit Cyano or spirulina but taking a good sample of the tank and putting it in a clear cup with tank water.
As follows dosing a few drops of Hydro Peroxide in there (the 3% Ho2o) give it a few gentle swirls and let it stand till the next day.
If the color changes than we deal wit Cyano if not we talking spirulina.

I have seen ppl using now day vibrant with the spirulina.
of course many think that vibrant will rid of cyano but that's wrong.

Yes, vibrant did not irradiate my cyano, if anything made it worse, I had no other algae present in my tank.

Here is a picture of the lime green cyano today. Last night I rake the sand bed and it looked good, but it started coming back with in 2 hours. I do not see it on the rocks, it is mostly in the right front corner.
