I have one large nice Tonga branch rock with a few aiptasia. The rock is cemented to aquascape. I have already treated a few times with aiptasia x without any benefit. Seems to only cause aiptasia to temporarily recede. They are only located on this one rock. Am I better to cut my losses and separate it from the aquascape and sterilize. Not sure about peppermint shrimp or nudibranches given it is only about 3 or 4 aiptasia but I just can’t seem to get rid of them.

Agreed with the above. I had aptasia that kept on appearing on one specific rock. I Aptasia-X it three separate times but it or its descendants kept on coming back in the same area. I eventually took out the rock and sterilized it. Three months have passed now and I have not seen a reoccurrence.

Peppermint Shrimp the right ones (Peppermint Shrimp (Lysmata boggessi) AlgaeBarn has them. They worked for me, I haven't had an aptasia in my tank in several years after I bought 3 of the Peppermint Shrimp. I have a 90 gallon tank, I tried several other methods and found trying to burry them with super-glue or an epoxy not very helpful. Same went of injecting them with some type of killer solution.
My 2 cents .....
Take care & good luck
