Wow, what a horrible experience in purchasing RO/DI equipment through Liquigen and Aquatic Life.
Call customer support, and it is non-existent.
Worst mistake was not paying the extra few hundred dollars to have install support.
Too bad BuckEye Hydro wants close to $1000.00 after adding a booster pump…
By the end of today I will be an RO/DI genius. I spent way too much money to not get this hooked up and working.
Liquigen failed to include the 90° elbows, and I can’t even call to complain. Aquatic Life includes the least helpful instructions possible. Stay away from both brands based on my initial impression.
