Little white bugs

So I shut my tank off today to do a water change and as soon as it quieted down I noticed these little white spots everywhere. At first I thought it was just particles but as I watched you can see them swimming around. I did add pods from reefbt Steele like a month ago. Could it just be a mass amount of pods or do I have a bigger problem

Hard to tell what it is. That picture quality isn't doing you many favors. Anyway, if I had to guess, I'd say it's copepods.

I can't make out anything from the picture, but pods would make sense. Do you have another picture or maybe a video?
