The BRS160 build is fantastic. They use really expensive stuff on the build, but the advice itself is great.

Down here in Broward Florida I see a variety of prices but keep in mind you don't wanna skimp in certain areas it's an investment get rock you like and can work with and of all things that it's hearty and good

I live in the middle of North America (no were near oceans) and so it is hard to find good live rock at reasonable prices.

Dry rock + cycle time is the cheapest way to go.
