Need some help guys! Wish I could post a pic, but not sure why it will not let me.
All of my live rock is turning green!
I recently moved, and set up my tank again with all the same equipment in my new home. I ran it for about a month and a half with everything but the lights, and no coral or fish. About a month ago, I added my lights, fish, and coral. Everything looks to be doing great!!!
Except that my live rock is turning green. Some is bright green, and other areas are darker green. I can't scrape it off with my fingernail. It does not feel slimy. It is not hairy.
All my water test come out good.
Some forums said this could maybe be Coraline algae, and some other say that I am in for a frustrating experience of removing nuisance algae.
What do you guys think?
