Where I can buy some reputable live rock to seed my tank, in the addition of the 2 bottles of fritz 900 i added. I feel like the bottle of the bacteria Is not enough to sees a tank, and get it going. My friend have a mature tank, but he has aiptasia I don’t want to deal with.

Tampa bay saltwater is an option but there is a risk of hitchhikers (some wanted, some unwanted).
I like Tampa Bay Saltwater.

There are lots of opinions on Live rock. I personally prefer it. Yes, you will end up with some uninvited guests, but they can be managed and live rock will certainly help get your tank moving.

as to hitchhikers: I find them on snails and frag plugs all the time and I’ve had more than one Aiptasia anemone survive dipping.

I've used gulf Liverock and KP in the past. Both are quality options. KP does offer a submerged in water option on their rock.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
