Well they’ll be refunding on fatality so far..

You might get lucky and they will refund your entire purchase like they did for me. I ordered three fish over the summer. One of there idiot workers shipped two Lemon Peel Angels in the same bag. One was beat up real bad, he didn’t make it but a few hours. The other died the next day. I called looking for a refund on one Lemon Peel. Come to find out on my credit card statement that they refunded my entire purchase.

Another story. I just ordered a Powerhead from Chewy.com a cpl of weeks ago, only to find out I needed a kit. So, I email them asking for a return. They responded by saying they would refund my money and I could donate the powerhead. I thought that was a strange return policy. Happy to say I have a brand new powerhead in my tank and four free fish from Liveaquaria. Thanks

They hardly ever go over 20% across the board. Sometimes they will have 1 day of the month 25%.
