I communicated with liveaquarias specialist that handles the ich summarizing our conversation in the email she said use garlic and thats basically how they treat for ich. After confirming that they are the source of ich. She stated she doesn't want to answer anymore. Liveaquari has ich. If you buy fish make sure your system can handle ich. It's in their water.

A friendly reminder that outside comments have been removed. As per our Terms of Service, feedback disputes are between the two parties involved so that they could potentially come to a resolution.

@Reefium --Apologies for the dated reply! We are concerned with the details you have provided and would like to look into this further. Rest assured, for DD, all fish brought into our facility are quarantined, conditioned, and observed for a minimum of two weeks. Once ready for shipment, they are properly packed for transit. Please send us your order details via PM so we are able to take a look. Thanks!

I have the same issue with liveaquaria. Just came off a 6 month fallow tank. Restocked with all liveaquaria fish every few weeks. Here comes another ich outbreak. another 700 bucks down the tubes.

Same issue with a delivery I had last Tues with 3 new fish. I was ich free before this event for years. Put a bit of trust in LA from history, but tank showed ich 2 days after adding to tank. Goes to show all sellers really are equal unless you're buying specifically QT'ed fish from a respectable seller. Otherwise QT your own. I'm just glad it wasn't velvet or something worst.. will have to let ich work itself through and hopefully tank recovers with good diet and UV.

@Saltyanimals We are sorry to hear you are having concerns with your shipment. To reiterate, we are very thorough with following shipping practices that are considerate to the animal to arrive to you in healthy condition. As you know, transit can be stressful on the animals. We always suggest placing new arrivals in your quarantine tanks to start your new arrivals in a stress free environment and allow you to monitor them adequately. Please reach out to us privately if you would like to discuss further. Thank you
