Is a possum wrasse, tailspot blenny and a yellow watchman goby suitable for a 13.5 gallon?

IMO it would be a full tank. Its possible IMO, but it will take some luck to get good natured peaceful fish, and it will take some extra effort with water changes and tank maintenance to keep the tank clean, but its possible.

I personally wouldn't do the wrasse. That is a full tank with those three fish,
