Lobo aquaculture?

Recently saw an ad for an aquacultured lobo (I don't believe they meant maricultured). I've never heard of doing it before. How long does it take to grow big enough to frag? If so, what type of lobo

Lobos are really really slow growers,but they can be fragged!The type you want is personal preference!
