I do not have an Apex system and I check my parameters manually. Does anyone have a spreadsheet or is there an app I can use to log my results. thanks

I use the Aquarium Note app to log my tank results. It's a free app...or at least used to be free... haven't checked on it for awhile.

I use an app on Android called AquaticLog and it's great. It puts parameters in charts so you can see fluctuations. There is a paid version but the basic free version still functions the same with recording your parameters.
