Logging the Nitrogen Cycle

I just started my tank's nitrogen cycle, and I was going to create a spreadsheet to log the process; however, I noticed that my Apex Fusion console has a logging utility. Does anyone use this utility for tracking their nitrogen cycle? Does anyone have sample documentation of their nitrogen cycle?

I'd hate to re-invent the wheel if there is already better templates out there somewhere.
