Logitech mouse button suddenly mapped as clipboard history button

This started last Thursday. Tried to play Farcry 5 and when I click the side mouse button to reload my weapon, in the far bottom right corner I get a box about clipboard history. I've gone into the clipboard section of windows 10 and turned everything off that I can. Also deleted all mouse and keyboard drivers but they all come back when I reboot. I tried Logitech software but it says I don't have a logitech mouse. Mouse is a G700 and keyboard is a corsair K70. Mouse can run either wired or wireless and I've tried both ways.

I have tried remapping from within a game but it won't allow the button to be mapped.

Anyone have a suggestion.
