Setting up a new sca 50 gallon cube in the next week or so. I want to keep the ato reservoir in my fish room and the pump under the stand. So I need a ato pump to pull up 8 foot vertical and 20 feet horizontal and back down 8 feet. Looking at brs 50ml or Avast Marine but open to suggestions

Through what size tubing you will pump it?

If we talking 1/4 IMO you need to instal a booster pump.
Easy to hook up, enough power and long lasting.
Make sure when you go up 8 foot and down again 8 foot that you break the syphon as that can happen.

I'm using the litermeter standalone pump to pull water about 75' through 1/4" tubing. Vertical about 10' on both ends and it has been working great for almost 2 years.
