Hi all

I put a hammer frag in my system last night and this morning Its opened up nicely.

A few of the tentacles are long and stringy but still have a hammer on the end... is this normal for some varieties of hammers?

Yes, those a sweeper tentacles from the looks of it.
But they are out all the time? I've seen one of my other hammers emit a sweeper at night but it looks totally different to these.
